Beginning January 1, 2023, sales tax will be charged on electricity bills. Act now to apply for an exemption. You may only receive the exemption on your primary residence (domicile). Fill out the declaration of domicile and return to our office to avoid being charged sales tax. *Fill out the form on the back of the remittance slip with your next bill and return with your payment.

*Print the form at https://www.cumberlandvalley.coop/kentucky-sales-tax-utilities and mail (PO Box 440, Gray, KY 40734), fax (606-526-0158), email (tax@cumberlandvalley.coop) or bring it to our office.

*Come into the office and fill out the form in person.
