To Report A Power Outage:
- Website – Login into your account here and click “Contact Us” at the top.
- On the Mobile App – Download the SmartHub app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. At the top of the Home screen click “report an issue” button and choose “power outage“. Select the account affected, hit “continue” at the top right, add comments and click “send“.
