Earlier this year, we temporarily suspended disconnects and late fees for nonpayment. While not something that we can sustain forever, this was done to provide emergency relief to help our members who found themselves in financial hardship due to the COVID-19 crisis.

On October 20, 2020, the Kentucky Public Service Commission will lift its suspension of disconnects for nonpayment. If you have a past due balance, we urge you to reach out to us at our office at 1-800-513-2677 as soon as possible. We will be trying to contact everyone that we can that may be affected, but please do not wait. We will work with you in order to address any past due balance.
