You will notice that your bill looks different this month. The bill explanation picture shown will help you navigate this new format. If you haven’t filled out the declaration of domicile for your primary residence, please fill that out and return with your payment. The form is printed on the back of the remittance slip at the bottom of the bill. Also, you will notice the service address is now printed on your bill. Please check your service address for accuracy and let us know if any changes need to be made.
