Attention Prepay Members: We are having communication issues with the metering system. Your meters are reading correctly but are not sending in the readings daily for billing purposes. You may notice that you are not being charged at all for your usage the last few days or you may see the exact same amount for the last few days. The computer may estimate your usage until the readings are sent in, this will result in the same amount being billed each day. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. When the readings come in, the usage will be billed to your account at that time. Be sure to check your account balances and make a payment accordingly.
